Coriecollies is not only a boarding kennels and cattery, it is close family of animal lovers and we pride ourselves on a personal service. We ask all new customers to bring detailed profiles of their dogs and cats so that each member of staff can get to know them, understand their temperament and behavioural traits.
At your request, your dog can make new friends and socialise in our secured paddocks. All dogs spend time outside during the day subject to weather and come into heated kennels for feeding and bedtime. All initial socialisation of your dog is carried under strict supervision.
We want to ensure that your pet is in a caring and relaxing place whilst boarding with us and that the environment is as close to home as possible. Our staff are therefore encouraged to spend quality time interacting and playing with your dog and grooming and cuddling your cat.
Animal Welfare Licensing Amendments
On 1 October 2018, new licensing regulations known as the Animal Activities Licensing Regulations 2018 (AAL) came into effect. The Regulations cover boarding kennels, boarding catteries, home boarding and dog day care.
Coriecollies Kennels and Cattery are pleased to announce that it has met the highest standards under the AAL regulations and pursuant to its inspection has been awarded a five-star rating and a three-year licence by the Lewes District Council on 5 March 2019.
